SHIPPING POLICIES
Depending upon the location your Winter Cleats items are shipping to, you will have a several shipping options available to you.
SHIPPING TIME: The shipping times indicated refer specifically
to the actual transit time to your shipping destination. Shipping
times do not include the time necessary to pack and ship your order.
Most orders will pack and ship within 1-2 business days.
Here are some examples of the shipping options and when you can expect to receive your delivery:
OVERNIGHT EXAMPLES
Example 1: Your order is placed on Monday afternoon. Your
product will likely ship either Tuesday or Wednesday and be delivered
either Wednesday or Thursday.
Example 2: Your order is placed Friday morning. Your product will likely ship the following Monday and likely be delivered on Tuesday.
2-DAY EXAMPLES
Example 1: Your order is placed Wednesday afternoon. Your product will likely ship either Thursday or Friday and likely be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

Return Policy
At WinterCleats.com we accept returns for full refund (less shipping)within the first 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Returned items must be in an unused and salable condition.
How to Return an Item
1. Send us an email at info@WinterCleats.com requesting a return. In the subject line of your email include your original order number and the words “RETURN REQUEST”
2. Within 2 business days you will receive an email with return instructions. These instructions will include an RA# as well as where to ship the goods to. Please note, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN RA# CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. If you do not receive an RA# within 2 business days, it is possible that your email request did not make it to us for one reason or another. In that case, please resend the request.
3. Once you receive the RA#, mark it on the outside of the box. Include a note inside the box with your full information, original order number and what you would like us to do with the return. The options are:
a. REFUND: Subject to Terms and Conditions
b. EXCHANGE: Indicate Style or Size that you would like to exchanging for
4. Seal the box and ship it. We suggest shipping via a shipping method that can be tracked. We cannot be responsible for shipments that are lost in transit back to us.
